Roadcider is an ongoing project with fellow fermentation wizard, Lucien Alperstein.
This is the first of the series to be made with deliberately planted apples (vs. foraged) and has so much complexity and depth to dive into. If you're yet to try a traditional cider, think skinsy Pét-Nat, but with a distinct apple character peeking through.
