Dolcetto fermented in stainless to preserve all its luscious fruit, both on the nose and in the mouth. It tastes of blue fruit but balances out with some spice and florals, before a good little hit of tannin for good measure. Give it a minute in a decanter to really let the palate lengthen and all those fruits soften.
