Hand-harvested fruit that was entirely de-stemmed and partially foot-crushed before a three-week open fermentation. Pours a lovely, practically opaque garnet and serves up heaps of cassis and new leather in the glass before balancing elements of fig and blood. Really beautiful wine that deserves a decant and will age with grace.
