Fantastic Yarra Valley Pinot from an equally fantastic Caroline Moody, who heads up the winemaking at Zonzo.
This year's iteration is true to form with red-berried weight at the fore complemented by some toasty oak adding both lift and a structural edge. Crisp cherry and orange essence meet some amaro-like herbs and savoury framing tannins—give this some time in the decanter or just a good swirl in your glass.
