This cuvée comes from organic, very old vines planted on the best plots of the estate, with some vines dating all the way back to 1922. An aromatic Muscadet that's more mineral in feel, with a ripeness and honeysuckle character that's complemented perfectly by some pithy lemon and a splash of salinity. We did say oysters, didn't we?
