Made with 80% corn and 20% barley. Double pot distilled and aged in new charred oak for 3 – 6 years before blending. The flavours are caramel, vanilla and dark cherry. Sounds perfect as you like it, neat, rocky, stirred (Boulevardier) or shaken (Whiskey sour).
