100% whole bunch Syrah from southern Heathcote that sees a small amount of Sunbury fruit added for good measure.
Aged in French barriques and comes with a nose of smokey spice, charcuterie and some woodland notes. The Ghost guys have really hit their straps with this one, it’s all blood plum and blackberries eaten on the farm, fresh from the pickers’ hands. There’s also some elevating black pepper spice and tannins that develop on the palate.
