Another Spanish red that’s perfect with a feast.
This one calls for flame-grilled red capsicums, salsa and barbecued meat or big, spicy roasted veggies. There’s a heap of black cherry, plum skins playing with some smooth cigar flavours and soily tones. Mora is also Spanish for blackberry, so expect some cassis and blue fruit vibes too. The tannins are tight and will coat your palate in the nicest way.
