Dry and savoury Muller Thurgau, Nosiola and Moscato Giallo all fermented separately before blending in a ratio they’ll never give up.
Flavours are honey blossom and florals, fresh acidity and some stony little minerals. There’s some texture too, but it keeps tight and only the barest amount of so2 was added.
