The Oude Geuze is a blend of one, two, and three-year-old Lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, they have been fermented and matured in oak barrels. This is tart up front with bitter tannic notes and lemony aromas. There is a roundness of the body that compliments the acidity.
