A dark and tangy Amber Ale brewed in collaboration with fellow Gippsland-based legends, Hogget Kitchen.
Wild pine and slippery jack mushrooms were added to the brew along with pine leaves and hops selected for their piney, woody character. The result is a deeply delicious beer layered with umami and bright pine aromatics complemented by earthy malts.
