For this very special Drogone brew, they took the 3-year-old Cantillon Lambic, and let it sit on Aglianico grape skins for ten weeks, originally from Cantina Giardino's Drogone cuvée. Pouring a seductive ruby-red colour, it is a distinctively earthy Lambic with a tart, vinous edge.
