This is Wildflower's collaboration with their friends, Tim and Emma, who own Malfroy's Gold Honey in NSW's Blue Mountains region.
It's a Wild Ale that was refermented with post-brood honeycomb, which is much darker and richer in flavour than regular honeycomb. Expect a deeply complex beer, with delicate floral esters alongside nutty honey flavours.
