Whisky nerds and hot sauce enthusiasts unite! Two of our favourite companies have banded together to create this unique offering. Building atop a base of habanero jalapeño chillies, lime, cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves, fresh cherries and bananas were then added to complement the fruity and tropical notes of Starward's red wine barrel-aged whiskies. It was then aged in Starward's barrel hall in barrels previously used to mature their signature Nova Single Malt, giving it a delicious oaky finish and subtle kick of whisky.
