Clotilde Davenne Cremant de Bourgogne NV

Known as one of the early pioneers of biodynamic farming, their farm was one of the first to gain certification in the Alsace over 20 years ago. Made in a méthode traditionnelle style, from a blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Riesling, with a small portion of Pinot Gris, it’s dry, it’s fresh and is all around delicious. A great priced alternative to Champagne, with notes of green apple, pear, hazelnut and a very refined bead.

Chartogne-Taillet Cuvée Sainte Anne NV

Coming from Montagne de Reims, this excellent Champagne is made of roughly equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier (the holy trinity of the region!) It has a lovely creamy body, alongside stone fruits, citrus, green apple, and a stony minerality.

Bérêche et Fils Brut Réserve NV

Established in 1818, Billecart-Salmon has achieved wide praise for their brilliant wines, and it's not hard to see why. A blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, their brut Reserve Champagne is full and rich in texture, with notes of buttered bread, citrus blossom, and potent minerals along with playful acidity and an exceptionally fine mousse. A true delight.

Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Champagne NV

Rich yet beautifully balanced by scintillating acidity, with notes of vanilla cream, toasted hazelnuts, baked apple and peach. An extended lees maturation results in a lovely pastry dough richness.

Breton Fils Brut Tradition Champagne NV

A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, from organic vineyards in the vallée de l'Ource. Wonderful depth and texture, with brisk acidity and subtle tropical fruit undertones.

Charles Dufour Bulles de Comptoir #10 Champagne NV

Adrien’s intention with this cuvée is to represent three of the main villages he works with – Sezanne, Cuis, and Avenay Val d’Or. The blend is 50% Chardonnay from Sezanne, 30% Pinot Noir from Avenay Val d’Or and 20% old vine Pinot Meunier from Cuis. The base vintage (2017) makes up 70% of the blend with the remainder a perpetual reserve going back to 1986. Such a wonderful introduction to the range. Citrus, white peach and savoury nutty complexity meet you on the nose. There’s much intensity to the mineral lift too. Very attractive chalk is a welcomed addition. The palate is fine elegant and graceful. Beautifully poised with great fruit concentration. Dosage is 3g/L

Dhondt-Grellet Dans un Premier Temps Extra Brut Champagne NV

This wine is a beautifully rendered portrait of the 2016 vintage from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (55%), Avize and Oiry (45%). The harvest yielded perfectly healthy, ripe and aromatic grapes with Pinot Noir (35%) leading the charge with Chardonnay (45%) and Pinot Meunier (20%) in support. Minimal dosage (0.75g/L) and maximum deliciousness. A rich bouquet of cooked apple and fresh brioche flows into bread dough and lemon rind. Medium to full body with a creamy and refined mouth feel and a rounded finish followed by some lingering almond and cooked apple.

Jacquesson Cuvée No. 745 Champagne NV

The Dégorgement Tardif Cuvee is a late release of the initial 739 non-vintage blend (primarily the 2011 harvest) but held back longer on lees for a late and very special disgorgement. With approximately 96 months aging on lees, this release shoes wonderfully mature flavours of orange peel, dried flowers, licorice and dry spice.

Jacquesson Cuvée No. 739 Dégorgement Tardif Extra Brut Champagne NV

Beautifully balanced Champagne, made from a blend of nearly equal proportions of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Delicate orchard flowers, pink lady apple, ginger, and crunchy apricot with a creamy mousse and saline acidity. A superb wine!
