Lowboi's Grüner Veltliner hails from Western Australia's Great Southern region, along with a dash of Riesling added to make it a party. The fruit spent an extended time on solids to build texture, before being aged in a mixture of concrete, stainless steel, and old oak puncheons. Textural, dry, and complex, with citrus blossom, lime leaf, and honey along with varietal white pepper and radish notes. A wonderful alternative to Aussie Riesling, and a magnificent pairing with Asian cuisine! (2L)
