Jules Rosé 2022

Brimming with aromas of biscuit, spice and meadow flowers on the nose. Three years on lees, some oak richness and nougat creme add depth to this wine, with apple, mirabelle plum and candied peel coming together before the savoury characters come to the fore, leading to a long, savoury finish. Get the prawns and the salmon blinis out, it's time to celebrate!

Charles Heidsieck Champagne Brut Reserve NV

Predominately Pinot Noir, this year's iteration is richer and more opulent while retaining its balanced freshness. A little heathered honey, with layers of strawberry mousse, red apple skin and a nice jolt of citrus oil zing, with a low dosage at 3.5g. This release is based on the 2020 harvest, with 15% coming from the Lubiana reserve wine program.
