Single parcel Ribolla Gialla spent three months on skins, four years in barrel, and over 10 years in the bottle. 3781 is the parcel below Radikon's cellar and where the team harvest the best grapes, only in the greatest vintages. The story of this wine is as long-winded and adventurous as its palate. As Willy Pérez sunk his toes further into his father Luis' winemaking operation, he began the process of returning to the traditional winemaking practices and indigenous grapes of Jerez. What results is a homage to the new and the old - powerfully rich and savoury, but with refreshing and delicate overtones that pay reference both a traditional Fino and the seaside landscape that inspired its' creation. Iodine, Balsamic & bitter black tea balanced alongside elderflower, sea spray and golden apple. Unfortified, but certified delicious.

BK Wines Gut Feeling Chardonnay 2022

This has become our favourite recurring dream! Every year sees a lil' vintage variation on the theme, but one thing that stays the same is it's always a winner! Now in its ninth (!) iteration, this vintage brings together Semillon, Pedro Ximenéz, and Riesling with a splash of Roussanne and Muscat. A little richer than we've seen in previous years, with notes of orange segment, peach, and green mango, alongside the whip and carry of tannin we've come to know and love. Dream on, friends!
