Straight up Barbera comes from Tumblong Hills' Gundagai vineyard, and undergoes spontaneous fermentation as whole berries, with a portion of whole bunches, before extended skin maceration for 21 days. The resulting wine is bright, fruit-forward and begging for a chill that will only add to the drinkability of the cherry cola sweetness and wash of cleansing acidity.
