Honky Chateau Jacuzzi Blanc 2023

This vintage is a little deeper thanks to a long and cool growing season. The fruit spent 2 weeks on skins, and 5 months in Slavonian oak then 3 months in stainless, making for a profile that’s all raspberry, cherry, blueberry and bramble fruits. Look out for a lovely chalky edge, some cooling herb and a brisk acidity that’ll have it pairing amazingly well with all your favourite summer feasts.

Parco Gamay 2023 (Blackhearts & Koerner)

There’s a lot of flavour here and little oxidative salinity that’s measured, but expressive thanks to some deft winemaking. Just another example of why so many people love Latta and what Owen’s doing.
