This vintage is a little deeper thanks to a long and cool growing season. The fruit spent 2 weeks on skins, and 5 months in Slavonian oak then 3 months in stainless, making for a profile that’s all raspberry, cherry, blueberry and bramble fruits. Look out for a lovely chalky edge, some cooling herb and a brisk acidity that’ll have it pairing amazingly well with all your favourite summer feasts.

No added So2, but heaps of bright energy and light black currant notes. There’s just a dusting of herbs to give some intrigue to the red cherry and plum. With very little tannin you can even tell ya Dad to give it a chill!
