A juicy red, made by Xavier Goodridge with fruit from the Yarra Valley. Red brambly berries, plum, a little turned earth, and deliciousness out of the wazoo. Great at room temperature, but also loves a chill on those warmer afternoons

Xavier PaPa Pinot Noir 2021

Sweet red currants, wild strawberry, red cherry and little white pepper spice. Deliberately bottles with a gentle spritz (that we think!) adds bounce and complements the chalky tannins nicely. The grenadine sweet spot lends itself nicely to a chill if that's ya vibe.

So much black pepper here, along with plum skin, some charcuterie and lots of herbal crunch. It is early picked and feels like it could be good for you. With a little smidge of cat's tongue tannins it can have a light chill too (not too cold though).

The resulting wine is all about Slip n' Slide. certainly no hard edges here folks! An easy glide of cherry-berried fruit. A little earthiness thanks to the Pinot fruit and a faint whisper of amaro or cherry pip bitterness pulls things into line... Will do great things chilled when the suns out!

A light, savoury, and delightfully textural Pinot Noir, fresh as a daisy and ready to drink. With strawberry (fruit & tops), a herbaceous edge, raspberry, fresh cherry, subtle spice, and even a hint of blueberry skin, Parco is VERY tasty. This has been bottled with a little spritz to enhance the freshness, lift, and crunch of the wine. That little prickle of CO2 is a natural byproduct of fermentation; if it's too distracting just pour the wine into a decanter or let it breathe for 15 minutes and the spritz will dissipate!

The juice was drained off skins immediately, actively oxygenated for that bright, light colour, then barrelled down to neutral oak, with a nice bit of malo for fun.
