The legendary Ex Vero 2 is composed of Chardonnay (known locally as Morillon) and Sauvignon Blanc from the higher parcels in the vineyard, which produce fruits with more complexity and finesse.
Flint, florals & lees on the nose meet high-toned green apple, pear & some pineapple on the palate. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented & aged for two years in a mix of three-year-old French, Croatian and Hungarian oak barrels.
