A rosé for all seasons! This Victorian wine will have fans from all corners.
Fruit for this cuvée comes from the Thousand Candles vineyard in the Yarra Valley and after 14 days of carbonic maceration, was pressed to old oak barriques. Predominantly savoury in feel, complemented by a red candied nose, juicy berry flavours and a rich texture. There's enough weight to this wine to get rosé sceptics across the line, with a touch of spice and a little sandy grip.
