While the term Super Juice may conjure up ideas of something green that hasn't healed everything it promised, we can assure you that this is much more fun and actually delivers on what's on the label—this is indeed, super juicy!
Straight up Nebbiolo comes from three sites across two Heathcote vineyards for this wine and sees nine days of cool maceration and a few months in old puncheons before bottling. Super bright and super red (see what we're getting at) with crunchy raspberry and sour cherry coming together on the more savoury palate, with a smattering of sandy tannins that'll have coming back for more.
