This one's about 3 parts Pinot, 1 part Chardonnay, which are planted on adjacent plots in Arbois over mostly limestone. The varieties are destemmed and blended before undergoing a year of élevage. It pours a vibrant cherry red and packs red berry, raspberry-orange and hint of mineral flavours lightly on the palate. One to enjoy with a friend or two.
