A more savoury take on Riesling, the fruit for this was picked with a little botrytis (a.k.a noble rot) before resting on skins for a few days. The result is a savoury, crushable wine a lush mouthfeel and hints of apple and marmalade.

Red-fruited LoFi Syrah with a smudge of olive tapenade and some peppery bliss. It gets a week’s carbo treatment so you can enjoy a little effervescence, but there’s still some dust to the tannin. Feels like a wine that would go perfectly with some heavy, gooey cheeses and a little charcuterie.
