Cabernet Sauvignon from the Shay's Flat parcel of the Chapoutier vineyard was picked ripe for a more gastronomic expression of rosé that embraces both texture and flavour. In the glass, it's loaded with varietal structure and tobacco-like spice, with some gentle oxidative handling bringing some lovely savouriness to the palate.
