Orange in the best sense of the word. Ribolla (native to Friuli) and Fiano, were raised in amphora after a little time in stainless to expose some good terroir, thanks to excellent clay soil. Only 600 were bottled, and with Momento Mori's loyal followers, we suggest you don't think about this one too long.
