Compelling Chardy from Adriana and Al in West Gippsland.
The fruit for this wine was pressed as whole bunches, with half foot stomped a day prior, before being vinified completely in ceramic eggs. Lemon balm, citrus and a tingle of acid on the palate playfully intermingle with some phenolic pull and a ripeness of fruit that’s absolutely on point! Bottled, unfined, unfiltered, and without additions.
