A red/white blend from the master himself, Sam Vinciullo.
Both varieties kicked off fermentation on skins before being pressed and combined mid-ferment. The resulting wine is bright, brisk, and very refreshing with a tense line from the Chenin driving this into the berried and herbal nature of the Shiraz. This could absolutely handle a chill.
