The tenth iteration of this ever-changing wine and it's as delicious as ever.
Predominately Pinot Noir this year and blended with Gewürztraminer, Syrah, Gamay and Pinot Meunier to create a wine that is simply delicious. Bright, fleshy, and the perfect spring chiller.
A mix of whole bunches (the reds) and skin contact Gewürz was wild fermented and pressed to old French oak while the ferments finished, with no additions besides minimal sulphur.
