Made with a fruit salad of Italian varieties grown by the good folk at Chalmers, there's lots of moreish watermelon rind in the glass—we're talking the whole pink-to-white to-green spectrum—with pink grapefruit and plenty of fizz. If you need us, we'll be at the park with plenty of Positive Energy.

Positive Energy Pet Nat Rose Blackhearts x Chalmers 2023

A little more grown up and serious in feel, with more oxidative and autolytic characters on show. On the nose, it's fresh and clean with some varietal Sauv Blanc aromas, before its layers of citrus zest and leaf, with mealy savoury notes wash over the palate.

This is fresh and zesty with lime and lemon citrus and while refreshing its pure joy can manifest some warmth under whatever overcast sky you find yourself under. Made with early-picked Semillon and Sauvy B, which were co-fermented in French oak, making this great with a little cheese board and chips, remember not to swim within 45 minutes of snacking.

Fruit sourced from the Moon Vineyard in Nagambie is gently basket pressed before wild fermentation and aging on lees for seven months. The result is citrus-laden upon opening before some oxidative richness creeps in and sits comfortably alongside the slight autolytic bready character.

Made from Syrah sourced from Six J's vineyard, with some Greco juice added, continuing the fermentation in the bottle. A finer rendition of the style that spent 21 months on lees, expect loads of manadaring, with more light notes of citrus and a touch of peach. We'll be drinking this one all summer long.
