Beautifully medium-bodied, it's silky, perfumed and flush with red plums, white pepper spice and expertly woven tannins. Outrageously delicious Tempranillo crying out for roast lamb with all the trimmings!

A Rodda Aquila Audax Tempranillo 2022

A textural, savoury Pinot Gris dominant blend with a portion of Semillon in the mix. There's some oxidative character in the glass that meets a meal-like texture and hints of pith and hay from the Semillon. There's plenty to ponder over so take your time with this one.

Beyond the Glass Hodge Pinot Gris 2023

A great example of each variety bringing something to the table, expect Cab Sauv's grenadine sweetness, Petit Verdot's juicy feel and some prominent Pinot Noir spice—red currants, and a sprinkling of herbs.

If you're just starting to dip your toes into Nebbiolo, start with this. Lovely fleshy fruit and black cherry lead into a nice wash of varietal dusty tannins. A gateway Nebbiolo that will give you plenty to ponder over while you sip.

A lighter-than-usual Pinot considering it’s from Geelong. The structure here is all about the acid, rather than the region's trademark, drying tannin. It’s earthy and savoury, with notes of strawberry and cranberry. This is one to drink with more adventurous Pinot lovers in your life!
