Ravensworth Estate Shiraz Viognier 2022

Mostly Sangiovese with a healthy blend of Shiraz. It’s Italian lover meets Australian romantic bottled, so the pour is super vibrant but there’s some dusty tannin, dark cherry and earthy, sooty depth. Nine months in French oak plays like a good ironing, so smooth-wine-lovers should take a couple.

Intrepidus Sangiovese Shiraz 2023

Only 4 barrels were made this year – more in 2025 please. Crunchy and clean in style with some crispy tannin and raspberry leaf, this is all easy flow, but keeps interesting thanks to a little carbo lift and a smidge of dusty tannin.

Ravensworth Estate Gamay 2023

The ripeness of Hilltops' fruit is doing nothing but favours to this Tempranillo. Gloriously medium-to-full bodied in the glass with layers of sarsaparilla and cola nut meeting lovely herbaceous edges and a wash of leathery tannins.

Linear Tempranillo 2022
