Soft and approachable Cabernet from one of the oldest producers in Heathcote. Rich and luscious with ripe dark fruits, liquorice, cedar spice and vanilla along with a little cooling menthol note. The tannins are ripe and generous, giving it a crowdpleaser status at any barbecue.

Osicka Selection Colbinabbin Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

This is as delightfully aromatic as you'd expect—musk, lychee and high-toned florals greet you here. In the glass, there's plenty of grip—though the wine sees no skin contact, it is aged on lees—with layers of lychee, orange and gingery spice that make their way across the dry energising palate.

Allevare Moscato Giallo 2022

While we can't promise drinking this will save a soul, we can promise it will be a tasty time! Plum jam and jubey fruits hint at the ripe picked fruit for this wine, with some red liquorice, a smidge of tannin and some buoyant acidity rounding it all out.

Save Our Souls Grenache 2022

This red/white blend is savoury, dusty red that’s full of cherry and a lightly concentrated vibe. Bottled by gravity and with not much added, this one loves a chill, but is as comfortable on the couch in sweats as it is at a mate’s wedding.

Momento Mori Everything is Free Nero d'Avola Moscato Giallo 2022

A rosé blend made up of Schioppettino and Syrah, with a splash of Vermentino, all fermented separately in a mix of stainless and ceramic eggs, before being blended and bottled. The result is a savoury, mineral, and moreish wine that's clean in the glass with plenty of complexity and character to ponder over.

Momento Mori Nazomi 2022

Magoo gets 15 months in oak and has spiced red fruits and some tarty goodness that’s a little maraschino cherry-esque. That’s Maggie on the label, she’s a good dog.

Beyond the Glass Magoo Syrah 2022

Fruit for the wine was sourced from Tooborac, at the southern end of Heathcote, and is brimming with boysenberry and vanilla poached plums. With time, blackberry and liquorice notes build in the glass before some pepper spice joins the party. Full, rich, and oh-so satisfying.

Curl Curl has a little wild style with watermelon rinds, a flick of rooibos tea, and a little cushion of soft forest fruit. It’s slightly oxidative n’ loose in style so full of personality and a real pleasure to drink.

Dazma Rosé 2023

Hand-picked Semillon saw 34 days on skins and the result is deliciously textural. Jasmine, pineapple, and red apple meet a lil' hint of spice and salt. This is giving serious tropical vibes—drink it when you need a holiday.

Mobo Vino Bonnie Orange Semillon 2022

Give this a nudge if you're looking to go a little off-piste. Fresh and pithy on the nose with a hint of peach skin coming together nicely with some spritely acidity. Yum!

Mobo Vino Ru Boy Greco 2022

With a large portion of the estate's remaining land left as untouched bushland, the Dhillon family seek to find balance and harmony with the natural landscape - a philosophy that is evident in their approach to winemaking. Bindi's Pyrette Shiraz is a satellite venture in the winery's lineup, made using fruit coming from a vineyard near Colbinabbin on the Mt Camel Range in Heathcote. It's a pure, expressive Heathcote Shiraz, unadorned by excessive oak and picked earlier for freshness.

A supremely good glass of wine with layers upon layers of pepper intermingling with savoury black olive, plum, black cherry and some nice charred tannin. Made with a blend of Beechworth and Yarra Valley fruit and quite juicy, drink it paired with steak and a fireplace.

Jamsheed Apricity Syrah 2021

Winemaker and certified top bloke Gary Mills has done it again with his deliciously LoFi Sagrantino. A real juice bomb with lots of red candy red fruits, a pretty floral edge and a wash of chalky tannin. Delicious!

Jamsheed Apricity Sagrantino 2022

This is some dinki-di Heathcote Shiraz right here. Ripe blackberry and plum, with some white pepper spice and fine-grained tannins. Phenomenal value!

Strata Shiraz 2020

The wine is Barrel fermented in new, two and three year old French oak barrels. The medium bodied palate is balance and the fresh plum and blackberry fruit flavours are interlaced with a fine tannin structure.

Asher Shiraz 2019

Spot on for the variety with a portion aged in oak and another aged in stainless tanks. Golden on the nose with rich notes of apricot before the leaner, fresher palate takes charge with some gentle hazelnut creaminess and a lick of spice playing through the middle. If you're a fan of Viognier, you'll love this—and even more so when it's paired with something spicy!
