The fruit for this wine was pressed as whole bunches, with half foot stomped a day prior, before being vinified completely in ceramic eggs. Lemon balm, citrus and a tingle of acid on the palate playfully intermingle with some phenolic pull and a ripeness of fruit that’s absolutely on point! Bottled, unfined, unfiltered, and without additions.

Sourced from the A.R.C. managed Block 6 of the old Wild Dog Vineyard site in West Gippsland. This Viognier is layered with a lovely texture and some richness thanks to variety and a little malolactic fermentation, yet retains a bright and fresh feel to the wine.

Shashi Singh started out in wine at Bass Phillip and has used fruit from one of their former sites for this Pinot which explains the power of the wine and why she let the terroir sing! It's unfined and unfiltered, and even after 18 months in French oak, it would only develop more in your cellar.

Sourced from the Willowgrove vineyard in Gippsland, this is savoury upfront with mealy and hay-like aromas setting the scene for the beautifully textural palate that simply demands food. Red apple, plenty of phenolic drive and some lees chalkiness, with pumice stone-like minerality.

Love this wine. So much. It pours that delicious pale straw colour and with every breath, you smell tinges of ripe stone fruit, honeycomb and some nougaty goodness. But let's get to drinking and tasting a creme brulee, some lemon and just a whisper amount of peach Brûlée. Cheers the sky on a cold day and watch the clouds disperse.

Blackcurrant and soft green leaves lead the charge here with a lovely, long build of tannins carrying green tobacco, herbs and a light note of salted plum. Dive on in, the (silver) water's fine.

Silverwaters Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A wine of tension and elegance, with a perfume of red fruits and florals at the fore. In the glass, blue fruit undertones and fresh acidity meet a lovely fan of tannin that sustains the flavours along the long, fine finish. Sourced from the Camp Hill vineyard, which was planted in 1998 and is considered the highest point between the Strzelecki and Great Dividing Ranges.

Soft and plush, showing darker fruits and earthy notes alongside saline minerality and savoury leaves. Deftly placed oak adds weight and richness to the darker berried flavours.
