This year's iteration of Fin's Speedo Gris sits a little on the fresher side thanks to it spending just six days on skins. Dry, crisp and layered with some light watermelon, strawberry tops, fennel and notes of orange. Absolutely delicious and made to be drunk in the sun!

Fin Mahady Roussanne 2022

A crunchy, pure Cab Franc—expect lots of upfront fruits with a melange of berries, red currant and a mix of fresh and dried herbs. Vibrant, juicy and wouldn't mind a light chill on a warm afternoon. Coming from the Shelmerdine Vineyard, the fruit was wild fermented and left on skins for two weeks, before being pressed to tank, where it spent a further six months on lees.
