A Tassie Chardonnay with great concentration and depth of flavour, while still maintaining freshness. A small proportion of new oak gives breadth to the mid-palate. Marco Lubiana Huon & Derwent Chardonnay 2022

Downright delicious Savvy B—it's herbal and so aromatic on the nose, yet delightfully soft on the palate. Orange stone fruit and passionfruit notes meet fresh acidity and a hint of green melon, with a soft phenolic pull. Lovely as it is but this would love to join you for dinner.

Anim Hairy Maclary Sauvignon Blanc 2022

A cooler grower season meant smaller fruit and lower yields, which led to a higher concentration of flavour that carries through to the wine. This intensity of flavour is tempered by a fine and precise acid line and a light texture that dances on the palate. This wine will reward cellaring of up to 12 years—if you can keep your hands off it that long!

Tolpuddle Chardonnay 2021

Stonefruit, citrus and light melon with a touch of nougat and spicy oak filling the palate out nicely.

Holm Oak The Protégé Chardonnay 2021

A more fruit-driven wine than Holyman's usual offering thanks to a warmer year. Struck match, almond and spice lead to the tight palate, with grapefruit, spicy oak, plenty of acidity and a lovely, powdery texture, with exceptional length.

Holyman Chardonnay 2021

A portion of the fruit is fermented on skins, another in seasoned barrels and the remaining 60% is fermented in tank, before being blended and matured on lees. The result is a beautifully rich wine with some pastry dough richness and notes of apple tarte tatin.

Hughes & Hughes Pinot Gris 2022

From the inimitable Stefano Lubiana is this rich and textural Pinot Gris. Tangerine and citrus blossom aromatics lead to intriguing spice on the palate, with a lovely, glossy texture. Hand-harvested fruit was crushed and left on skins for 72 hours, resulting in a pretty blush to the wine, and left on lees for seven months. (750ml) 13.5% ABV

Made by Anna Pooley and Justin Bubb of Pooley Vineyards, this is pure class and ripper value! Fine, focussed and so elegant, refreshing citrus and stonefruit are tempered by some oak and spice notes. Simply lovely! (375ml) 13.5% ABV

Clarence House Chardonnay 2021

An energetic Chardonnay, with fantastic texture from Tasmania's Tamar and Derwent Valleys. It's zippy, with white peach, green apple, and citrus pith. This wine spent nine months on lees, which shines through in the mid-palate, adding substance and complexity. We're certainly going back for more.

Dr Edge Chardonnay 2021

Beautiful single vineyard Tassie Riesling, with fruit coming from the Cooinda Vale Vineyard. Bold aromatics of honeysuckle, lemon sherbet and white flowers. A pure and precise palate, with notes of fresh lemon, lime and candied melon followed by a mouth tingling acidity.

Pooley Margaret Pooley Tribute Riesling 2021

A Rizza that’s on the richer side, lots of fresh lemon, some pithy grip a hint of sweetness for balance.

Gala Riesling 2020

From one of Tassie’s most dynamic young winemakers. A Rizza with personality, exotic spice, orange oil, zesty citrus and a nice saline edge (get it, edge...).

Dr Edge South Riesling 2020

Made by Anna Pooley of Pooley Wines, this is a ripper value Chardy that is full of class. Plenty of smoky, struck-match reduction on the nose, with yellow peach, a lick of new oak, and just the right amount of fresh acidity to offset the richness. Beaut!

Clarence House Estate Chardonnay 2019

Through farming intuition and the odd luck of the draw, Meadowbank is now regarded as an iconic Tasmanian producer and respected fruit source to many well known producers. A truly perfectly balanced Riesling with incredibly deft use of subtle residual sweetness to balance the acidity, drive and structure. Lashings of apple blossom and crunchy green apple building into mineral chalkiness.

Meadowbank Riesling 2021

The result is a floral, fruitful, open and expressive Riesling with all the curated lime leaf, white flowers and crisp green apple. It’s all textural and all delicious.

Pooley Riesling 2023

Very tasty Tasmanian Riesling, with a nice lil 9g dose of residual sugar. Juicy with lovely aromatics, a core of lemon barley, and excellent acidity to balance out the sugar.

One of the best things about white wine is that there is literally something for everyone if you look hard enough!
