This carefully handcrafted wine boasts purity in spades and is overflowing with character and charm. Fruit for this wine came from a unique vineyard overlooking the Goulburn River, sitting on rich alluvial soils in an area that’s home to many retired volcanoes—Dane has told us more than once that the quality of fruit from this spot is incredible! The Syrah is a blend of two separate ferments, which both underwent semi-carbonic maceration with 10 days on skins. In the glass, expect bright and lifted fruit flavours, with intermingling notes of bramble berries, boysenberry, and raspberry coulis. There’s a fresh acidity and energy to the wine that make it perfect for summertime drinking. It’s fantastic as is, but if we were you, we’d chuck this one on ice before drinking.

Based on the 2019 Shiraz, which was barrel aged before undergoing the Traditional Method. Only a tiny amount of liqueur was added for a lighter, drier style, that'll go particularly well with mum's roast pork.

Old vine Riesling was sourced from two frost-pocketed vineyards in the Eden Valley that date back to 1930.

A very cool skin contact wine from the Georgian wine region of Kakheti, it spent three weeks on skins. This wine gives plenty of zesty citrus throughout, ranging from bright mandarin to citrus peel. It's a clean and energetic wine with firm tannins, and plenty to offer in the glass!

Pheasant's Tears Rkatsiteli 2020

Chardonnay & Sauvignon Vert (f.k.a Tocai Friulano) come together in this electric wine, held on skins for 10 days, and worked several times a day in true Radikon style, with plenty of oxygen introduced early on. Aged for 15 months and rested for a further 6 months in the bottle before release, it's a compelling wine and not for the faint of heart. (750ml)
