A light, perfumed style of Shiraz that sees 15% whole bunch, 85% whole berry in open concrete fermenters, hand plunged, basket pressed and aged for 4 months in neutral French oak barrels and concrete. Very much a Nouveau style, with that lovely carbonic edge and fine chalky tannin.
