This Tidal White carries a lot of the charming characteristics you'd usually associate with Chenin Blanc, like lanolin, bitter tonic notes think Quinine, green herbs and apple, and a little plump roundness. The Riesling and Semillon spend 5 days on skins and as always with Limus; it is preservative-free, and delicious!

Sourced from a single vineyard in Hope Forest, in the Adelaide Hills, the fruit for this wine was lightly skin-fermented before barrel aging. The resulting wine isn't shy, with notes of feijoa, citrus leaf, and passionfruit seed intermingling with some lees character for a deliciously intriguing drop.

Delightfully tropical in style, hints of grass peek through without tipping into the herbaceous territory; with pineapple, green mango and passionfruit balanced beautifully on the palate. Sauvignon Blanc was among the original plantings at Wangolina back in 1999, and fruit from these vines was wild fermented in seasoned oak before resting on fine lees for a further five months.

Take a walk on the richer side of Sauvignon Blanc, courtesy of everyone's favourite jewellery valuer-turned-winemaker, Michael Hall. The fruit was barrel fermented (5% on skins) and matured in barrel on lees for nine months to build texture and tame some of the high-octane aromatics that this variety is famous for. The result is a powerful, concentrated style of Sauvignon Blanc with smoky aromatics and notes of dried honey, citrus and spice. A gentle clench of tannin from the skin contact component of this wine adds some savoury texture, making this a fantastic food wine.
