Made in two ceramic eggs, with one portion spending 121 days on skins, and the other pressed as whole bunches and fermented without skins. Yangarra Roux Beaute Roussanne 2021

A lovely perfume of white and yellow flowers greets you here, before leading you down the garden path to the palate laden with custard apple, white pear and lemon curd, with a delightfully chalky feel adding to the wine's structure and back end. A fantastic example of the variety from an up-and-coming winemaker to keep an eye on. Grown in small amounts in Victoria, Steffi turned to the third-generation growers, the Brini family in SA's Blewitt Springs to source the Chenin Blanc for this wine.

Coriole Piquepoul 2022

Remaining very much in the richer, more traditional style of Chardonnay that we know and love, with lashes of oak and buttery notes, from malolactic fermentation, that are almost like a cuddle from your furry friend. There's plenty of stone fruit—both white and yellow—with some oak toast and spice, and a little vanilla pod. A lovely line of well-balanced acidity and some mealy cashew savouriness weave their way through the weight and texture of the wine, giving it so much ease of drinkability. If you've loved their past releases, we bet you'll love this one even more!

La Curio Suffragette Chardonnay 2022

Chenin Blanc from MMAD's youngest vines, with tension and a Chablis-esque maritime quality. Chiselled and restrained, with apple, saline, lovely blossoms and a flinty mineral edge. A portion of this wine was fermented in concrete, with another parcel whole bunch pressed for texture. For those familiar with Chenin in its Loire surrounds - think Savennières for a stylistic cue!

Excellent (and incredibly good value) Australian Grigio! Delicately aromatic with pear and citrus.

Spring Seed Poppy Pinot Grigio 2022

Picked early to keep the bright acid, this is so fresh and so clean, with lemon and some salty minerality. The wine spent nine months on lees, in old oak, resulting in a super moreish pillowy texture. (750ml) 12.5% ABV

Somos Biodynamic Vermentino 2021

This is all yellow apple and orchard fruits, finishing with tart green apple and a drizzling of honey blossom. An oxidative edge gives this a richness of texture, and a dry, savoury finish makes this lil number suuuper slurpable.

Jauma Blewitt Springs Chenin Blanc 2021

Creamy and textural, with stone fruit, hints of pineapple, oak spice, and a lovely, freshening acidity.

La Curio Suffragette Chardonnay Magnum 2021

Another savoury wine with a fresh nose opening with a little saline, pith, and stone fruit. There’s a herbaceous edge, some white pepper and green capers – salt and spice, would suit olives.

Loaded with layers of lemon, think lemon myrtle, lemon verbena, lemon balm and a squeeze of citrus to keep you feeling fresh as it builds beautifully into its texture. We don't need to tell you to pair this one with oysters.

Ministry of Clouds McLaren Vale Picpoul 2021

Made from equal parts organically grown Grillo and Riesling, with roughly 5% Muscat de Petit Grains. Juicy peach and nectarine, with a hint of crunchy texture from some gentle skin-contact influence.
