Another smokey Sangiovese from the King Valley that's a perfect pizza wine. Politini has some dark cherry on the nose and a savoury palate propped up by crushed, dried sage, oregano and a good tannic grip. Would love a pepperoni.

In our humble opinion, there's no better all-rounder than Sangiovese. Such a versatile variety with so many expressions, there truly is something for everyone. Want something bright and energised? Sangiovese. How about something complex and engaging? Sangiovese. It can be an earthy wine, with firm tannins, or a fruity drop with a bright acidity—Sangiovese really runs the whole gamut of flavour.
