Red liquorice and raspberry jube notes sit upfront but with some air, this reveals dark berries, sweet spice and some lovely porcini-like umami character. Delicious and polished in all the right ways.

Saltfleet GSM 2022

Predominately Pinot Noir this year and blended with Gewürztraminer, Syrah, Gamay and Pinot Meunier to create a wine that is simply delicious. Bright, fleshy, and the perfect spring chiller. A mix of whole bunches (the reds) and skin contact Gewürz was wild fermented and pressed to old French oak while the ferments finished, with no additions besides minimal sulphur.

Ochota Barrels Texture Like Sun Sector Red 2023

Sweet, succulent and overflowing with red and black fruits, red liquorice, a smidge of sandy tannin and an olive brine edge that'll have you racing back for more. Made with a blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro and just a splash of Cinsault, the fruits for this wine were gently hand-picked and vinified in old oak.

Bondar Junto GSM 2022

Grab your picnic blanket and your nearest vessel 'cos this is taking you straight to the park. Sweet raspberry, red and black currants, fresh acidity and a dash of salinity make for light n' juicy red, with a little sandy tannin to keep you coming back. Lovely and bright with some whole berry Cab Sav and lots of juicy Grenache.

Jumping Juice Half Full Red 2022

Take a walk through the forest from the comfort of your couch with this fruit-forward GSM, opening with soft aromatics of wild strawberries and ripe cherries. This continues through to the palate with even more dark berries and boysenberry mingling with sweet spices, a pinch of salinity, and a lovely, fresh acidity. Grenache and Mataro was sourced from Bondar's Rayner Vineyard, while the Shiraz comes from a neighbouring site; a little Carignan adds a subtle spice to the blend. All fruit was destemmed and fermented in old oak.

Bondar Junto GSM 2021

Beautifully balanced blend of Grenache and Shiraz made from two separate barrels of single vineyard, single varietal wines. The Grenache component in this wine leads the charge, with floral aromatics and lifted maraschino cherry notes whilst a healthy portion of Shiraz adds layers of spice and powdery tannins into the mix. This is gorgeous!

Paralian Grenache Shiraz 2020

Grenache/Shiraz/Mataro. A melange of red & black berries with some spice & a healthy lick of tannin. There’s a good pull of flavour & a little salinity.
