Fruit for this cuvée was sourced from the family's ancestral vineyards in Bué, planted over the village's calcareous soils. In the glass, expect herbaceous notes of blackcurrant leaf and a ribbon of bright acidity in this fresh, mineral wine that would be very at home on a table laden with seafood fresh from the grill.

Exceedingly rare, this will easily last 50 years with careful cellaring.
