This is the kind of wine we'd happily drink for the rest of our lives. Red and black fruits, pepper spice and nutmeg intermingle beautifully on the palate, with a nice push of tannin and lingering herbs rounding it out.

Lange has been cultivating and farming in the Frankland Region for five generations, with a portion of their grapes going to WA's Alkoomi and Frankland Estate. Luckily for us, though, they started hanging on to some of their fruit and in 1997 set up their vineyard to make the wines we love drinking today. This Riesling is brimming with lemon blossom flowers and talc, with some lovely lime-like richness yet remains clean, crisp, and fresh.

Alkoomi's Grazing Collection is named in honour of the 1946 sheep farm their vineyards were founded on, and this delightful Riesling is just waiting to be drunk on a sunny verandah, or fireside on a chilly evening. Floral aromas and clean lines with a limey edge keep things fresh, with a palate of citrus and a little minerality meeting a few grams of residual sugar, adding just a hint of sweetness to to this deliciously dry wine.

Apostrophe Stones Throw 2021

Bearing honour to its name, Isolation Ridge, is one of Australia’s most remote vineyards, and despite that seclusion, it's been lovingly farmed for over 30 years. This one's round and open, a real cornucopia of lime supported by a hint of bitter, tonic water quinine. A remarkable plot which translates into beguiling aromatics.

Brave New Wine Pleasure Time Cinsault Counnois Pet Nat 2022

A velvety Shiraz dominant blend, with around a third of the wine made up of Malbec, that's certainly pulling its weight and takes this firmly out of the straight Shiraz spectrum. Expect rich blue fruits, plum and a crack of pepper spice mingling with a little vanilla bean and wonderfully plush tannins. Take this to dinner with you and watch the Shiraz and Cabernet fans fight over the last glass.

Castelli Silver Shiraz Malbec 2020

A top-notch example of Syrah out of the Great Southern. This wine saw 15% whole bunch before being left in a combination of concrete vessels and oak barrels. Fresh, bright, spicy Syrah with a lick of minerality and a lovely core of plush red berries.

Express Winemakers Syrah 2021

A blend of three Riesling sites, this is layered and thought-provoking. Developed under a light flor, there's a light oxidative salinity running through the wine, with fresh lemon sherbet, lime leaf and electric acidity. Bring on Summer!

This is an absolutely charming Shiraz with soaring aromatics and intense concentration. Violet flowers and blackcurrants leap from the glass, with a succulent and rich palate of dark plum, blackberry leaf, and gentle spice.

Battles Frankland Shiraz 2021

A beguiling mix of tropical Savvy B with stone fruit on the nose. Lots of fleshy white pear and lemon pith, fresh acidity, a little sourdough and salty grip. Easy drinking.

Break free from convention with this aromatic blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer! Tropical green melon, lime leaf, and lemongrass with a smidge of skin contact lending some gentle savouriness and texture to the palate.

A creative conception in its third iteration from the crew at Brave New Wine. Riesling, left to ferment with native botanicals and left on lees until bottling, which has resulted in some magical. Vermouth-esque character, with lemon myrtle, citrus and an oxidative nutty edge.
