Side Gate Organic Riesling 2022

The Barry's are onto their third generation of winemakers and this crop is making its mark. The 2022 vintage has all the trappings of a classic and all the phenolics of a wine that speaks to now, and the future. There are white flowers and lemon pith, and a driving acidity to cut it lean. Just delicious.

Clos Clare Riesling 2022

When we were offered the chance to work with some beautiful organic Clare Valley Riesling, you can bet we jumped on a plane to SA quick smart. The fruit for this spent just a few hours on skins before being fermented and aged in Jen and Col's very cool, square-yet-squat-pyramid-shaped concrete tanks. The resulting wine is a beautifully aromatic Riesling that holds true to exactly what we were hoping to achieve—completely delicious in all its lime leaf, lemon grass and concentrated citrus glory. Floral, immediate and full of character, both in flavour and structure, and dialled up to the max in refreshment.

Seppeltsfield Watervale Riesling 2023

A Cabernet Sauvignon forward red blend that's rounded out with some Cab Franc, Malbec, Carignan, and Sciaccarello. In the glass, firm tannins meet crunchy fruits on the palate, alongside cassis and lifted dried herbs.
