This sits on the riper side of Fiano and is layered with stone fruit, grapefruit peel, and white peach, with a little texture and some moreish richness from malolactic fermentation.

Pikes Luccio Fiano 2023

A Cabernet Sauvignon forward red blend that's rounded out with some Cab Franc, Malbec, Carignan, and Sciaccarello. In the glass, firm tannins meet crunchy fruits on the palate, alongside cassis and lifted dried herbs. Take this Allies for instance, it's light but firm, and bright but with tense fruit. There's some nice pomegranate and raspberry. One to contemplate over, and maybe even decant.

Gaelic Cemetery Celtic Farm Riesling 2022

The Barry's are onto their third generation of winemakers and this crop is making its mark. The 2022 vintage has all the trappings of a classic and all the phenolics of a wine that speaks to now, and the future. There are white flowers and lemon pith, and a driving acidity to cut it lean. Just delicious.

Clos Clare Riesling 2022

When we were offered the chance to work with some beautiful organic Clare Valley Riesling, you can bet we jumped on a plane to SA Great quick smart. The fruit for this spent just a few hours on skins before being fermented and aged in Jen and Col's very cool, square-yet-squat-pyramid-shaped concrete tanks. The resulting wine is a beautifully aromatic Riesling that holds true to exactly what we were hoping to achieve—completely delicious in all its lime leaf, lemon grass and concentrated citrus glory. Floral, immediate and full of character, both in flavour and structure, and dialled up to the max in refreshment.

Grafted #27 Some Young Punks x Blackhearts Ceramic Riesling 2022

With a few years on it, this delectable wine is full of blackcurrant and plummy fruits, with notes of fresh bay leaf and soft, rounded tannins.

One Lovely Day Riesling 2021

If you're looking for some serious bang for buck, search no more. Brambly boysenberry, dark forestal fruits and lots of plum are tempered by some savoury black olive notes, with a smattering of dusty tannins to give you plenty to ponder over while you sip.

Millon Clare's Secret Shiraz 2021

A fuller expression of Riesling yet this remains true to the Clare Valley's classic style. Sourced from the 100-year-old Parish vineyard—one of the first three Riesling vineyards in the region—and vinified in a mix of stainless steel and ceramic egg. The result is a wine rich in floral notes sitting beautifully alongside green mango, pear and fennel, with a wash of slate bringing a lean edge to the long finish.

Koerner Parish Riesling 2022

An elegant nod to German Rieslings grown on the Gullyview site which is 50 years old. You'll get apple and some good florals which give a bigger, sweater profile, but there's also chalk and a very fine and long bone of acid at the core, making for a complete and balanced rizz that has an energetic flutter.
