There's so much to love here from the hint of plum, pepper and cinnamon, to the bright yet approachable acidity that draws out the tannins with beautiful length. A fantastic cool-climate Shiraz that sits oh-so elegantly it its medium weight.

Craiglee Eadie Shiraz 2019

Based on the 2019 Shiraz, which was barrel aged before undergoing the Traditional Method. Only a tiny amount of liqueur was added for a lighter, drier style, that'll go particularly well with mum's roast pork.

Craiglee Sparkling Shiraz No. 8 NV

Super guzzlable Cab Franc that's been hand-picked and sealed for 14 days to undergo carbonic maceration before being pressed and transferred to an oval egg to mature. The result is overflowing with lovely red florals, red currants, herbs and hints of the varieties autumnal leaf and cayenne pepper notes on the nose. Plenty of that carries over to the palate, with more red currants and herbs, some dusty tannin and another kick of that cayenne spice. Could be drunk with a chill—but not too cold—if that's ya vibe.

Stunning Chardonnay from Craiglee and classic as they come. Laden with nectarine stone fruit and plenty of oak spice leading the charge, with a lick of grapefruit playing on the palate. Take this to dinner tonight or if you can bear to wait, pop this in the cellar and thank yourself in a few years.

This is a lovely savoury expression of Pinot Noir. Earthy red cherries, a sprinkling of baking spice and dusty tannins with some bright acidity for balance.

Blood Moon Wines Dream Pinot Noir 2022

Oh so pretty and absolutely spot on for the variety! Red and black currants, sappy spice and flecks of green herbs, with a juicy core of sweet whole berries. Made with an even split of whole bunch and destemmed Sunbury fruit. Slippery and slurpy, this LoFi number wouldn't mind a chill as the mercury rises and a trip to its nearest picnic blanket.

Combes De Franc 2022

Co-fermented with ‘Just A Dash of Viognier’ – we are talking 2-3%. Warm clove spice, rich plum compote, chewy oak and a smidge of tannin.

Full bodied, with dark fruits and spiced to the max with a grind of black pepper and cedary oak. Fine tannins and a lovely structure.

A contemplatable Sauvignon Blanc with a gentle beeswax texture, citrus and a hint of peppery savouriness.
