Super guzzlable Cab Franc that's been hand-picked and sealed for 14 days to undergo carbonic maceration before being pressed and transferred to an oval egg to mature. The result is overflowing with lovely red florals, red currants, herbs and hints of the varieties autumnal leaf and cayenne pepper notes on the nose. Plenty of that carries over to the palate, with more red currants and herbs, some dusty tannin and another kick of that cayenne spice. Could be drunk with a chill—but not too cold—if that's ya vibe.

Made with an even split of whole bunch and destemmed Sunbury fruit. Slippery and slurpy, this LoFi number wouldn't mind a chill as the mercury rises and a trip to its nearest picnic blanket.

Co-fermented with ‘Just A Dash of Viognier’ – we are talking 2-3%. Warm clove spice, rich plum compote, chewy oak and a smidge of tannin.
