Super aromatic florals intermingling with prominent orange Campari notes. In the glass, it's just mid-weight with a light grip and plenty going on—think red fruits of the forest, dried herbs and more of that orange citrus, with a delightful ribbon of bright acidity.

Fruit for this Henty Riesling is hand harvested from rich, loam-dominant soils over a limestone base, which leave their mark as mineral and talcum characters in the wine. Aromatic and fruit-driven, with notes of white stone fruit and citrus, paired with delicate white florals. Abundant fruit flavours melt into a brisk, refreshing finish. This cuvée was previously known as 'Young Vines,' but has now grown up and taken on a new title. Strata comes from the section of their vineyard that was planted in 2001, so at 21 years old they're not so youthful anymore! Why not pick up a bottle to go with that fiery feast you're serving up tonight? Go on, you deserve it.

Fantastic floral aromas, with rose water, lychee, and musk on the nose. This Gewürtz spent five days on skins, adding layers of texture that really pull you in. Candied ginger on the palate partners with a crisp minerality and underlying savoury notes. The fruit for this wine came from the cool region of Henty, allowing flavours to fully develop while retaining a fresh and cleansing acidity.

A perfumed nose of lemon blossom leads to a complex and textured palate of white nectarine and yellow citrus, layered with a little limestone minerality and fresh, saline acidity.

An exciting museum release from the one and only Thompson family. Dense layers of bright yellow citrus and stone fruit with lovely persistence on the palate. Perfect now with a little bit of age, but it will age further for some years to come.

A delicious red bramble fruited expression with aromatics of violet, pepper and some caper-like salinity. A third whole bunch fermented and has a lovely medium weight to it.
