This is the second bottling of Jayden Ong's seriously good Skinsy Gris, with this batch spending an extra few months on skins before mellowing out in a barrel for a few months longer. The result is a little more relaxed with an even more accessible texture, lightly spiced notes and dialled-up orange amaro characters.

Effortlessly drinkable and a lighter rendition than what we've come to expect from the Mornington Peninsula. Delicate fruits and some signature spicy, toasty oak character meet some lovely florals in this wine.

Dromana Estate Tuerong Park Pinot Noir 2021

Gris that's got a good amount going on, thanks to some soft and ripe white stone fruit and cut pear. The fruit is from one of the cooler areas down the Pen., which affords a slower ripening and more control for Avani, who's fast becoming a bit of a master, and one of our favourite producers.

Avani Amrit Pinot Gris 2022

Has some delicious textural elements thanks to the winemaking that help carry the flavours of musk stick, creamy strawberries a little orange oil, before finishing sugar dry. Lovely with most foods and any friend(s).

A rich, earthy Pinot Noir boasting dark cherry and plum notes, while a portion of whole bunch fruit gives lift and a savoury edge. A powerful wine, with silky tannins and fresh acid drive. A lovely local example that should be enjoyed with a fellow Pinot-lover.

Prancing Horse Estate Latitude 38 South Pinot Noir 2021

This year's iteration is a touch richer but wonderfully aromatic and shows off all that lifted character we love—think sweet cherries and orange blossom. More red cherry comes through on the lively palate alongside Mornington's hallmark red berries, some black cherry and brambly fruits of the forest and a crack of peppery spice. An easy fit for any occasion, from the couch to the park and paired with pizza, or a great sidestep for Gamay drinkers who don't mind a chill on their reds.

You can drink Mornington Pinot all-year-round, but for whatever reason it feels even more special in Winter. They have a hint of fleshiness that is almost ephemeral. Take this Allies for instance, it's light but firm, and bright but with tense fruit. There's some nice pomegranate and raspberry. One to contemplate over, and maybe even decant.

Pinot from one of the cooler plots down Mornington way with great floral and red fruited aromatics. The palate is brimming with that dark-for-Pinot fruit structure and a pinch of salt we all love in Mornington Peninsula Pinot.

Delicious Mornington Pinot and pitch-perfect autumn drinking. A fleshier rendition than the previous vintage with macerated forestal berries sitting pretty alongside some savoury notes of charcuterie, leaf litter and earthy spice.

It’s nicely balanced with white stone fruits, wildflowers, cashew cream, and of course a little salty finish thanks to some coastal exposure. One to elevate any occasion..
